Put the fun into fundraising

We want all our programmes to be free – now and in the future – because at the heart of what we do is the belief that access to a greater sense of wellbeing should not depend on someone’s financial circumstances. 

So why not get involved with something amazing and fundraise for us? You could even make it an activity-based challenge to improve your own physical health.

• Bake sale and coffee morning. Yes, we’re a charity which promotes exercise, but we still love cake!
• Pledge to donate the cost of your morning cup of coffee 
• Family exercise challenge. Whether it’s walking, cycling, or push-ups in the garden, get everyone involved
• Organise a quiz night with friends and family
• Learn a new activity that takes you out of your comfort zone and showcase it to family and friends who sponsor you
• A things-money-can’t-buy raffle. It could be a personal tour of a local beauty spot with an expert or the chance to truly go behind the scenes of a favourite restaurant
