Our Trustee's provide oversight, guidance and support to ensure Cancer Active Recovery Support (C.A.R.S.) is well governed and able to continue helping people affected by cancer.
They bring a range of skills, professional experience and personal insight, including lived experience of cancer, health, community work and leadership. Together, they help to shape the Charity's direction, ensure we act responsibly and remain focused on our purpose.
All Trustees are volunteers and are committed to ensuring the Charity operates with integrity, compassion and accountability, always keeping the needs of participants at the heart of decision-making.
Each Trustee brings their own skills, experience and life perspective to the role, but they are united by one shared purpose: helping to improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer.
